Gordon Behavioral Sciences opened its doors in 1999. At that time, Dr. Pratt had worked with a large multi-specialty clinic. He sought to shift his focus to individual client care, and therefore decided to open his own practice.

Dr. Pratt’s practice began in a small house in Chatsworth, Georgia, with one staff member assisting him. Today, we are in a large office space near Redmond Hospital in Rome, Georgia. Dr. Pratt’s wife, Suzanne G. Pratt MD, serves as the company’s Practice Manager. His oldest son, Frank Pratt, III has worked with the company since 2001. He originally served as the Practice manager, and has more recently worked as the Information/Systems manger. Frank earned his LCSW  (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in 2010, and joined his father a clinician in February, 2011.

 Today, our practice provides psychiatric and counseling services to individuals who are struggling with the stressors of everyday life, or extraordinary circumstances Dr. Pratt and his son are very experienced with a wide range of mental health issues, and have been trained in numerous treatment modalities.
